Abstract

In this paper, the author studied particular problems of legal regulation of distribution activities in the Republic of Moldova. In particular, the author analyzes the current legislation regulating directly or indirectly, questions of distribution relations. Based on the analysis, and for the full and complete legal regulation of the author proposes the introduction of relevant amendments to the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
