Abstract

In this article, the author reveals the features of the legal regulation of credit operations carried out by banks of the Republic of Moldova and non-bank credit organizations. In particular, the author studies the concept and essence of credit operations, as well as the main provisions of the loan agreement and its place in the contractual relationship system.
