Abstract

It is established that within the legislation of Ukraine there is no interpretation of the category ««administrative legal status» in general and in the context of the activities of civil servants in the prosecutor’s office in particular. The tendencies in the system of elements of the administrative legal status of civil servants of the prosecutor’s office are revealed. An analysis of the elements of the administrative legal status of civil servants in the prosecutor’s office and its structural characteristics is carried out. Attention is drawn to the need to improve the quality of management culture, as well as algorithmization of professional behavior of civil servants in certain situations.
