Abstract

This article contains the description of the Moldavian legislation protecting the rights of ethnic minorities. The legislative framework of the Republic of Moldova is in fact corresponds to the international legislation. However the implementation mechanisms of the legislation are not perfect and require development and improvement. This article describes the national legislation to protect the rights of ethnic minorities. All human beings are equal before the law and are entitled to equal protection of the law against any discrimination and against any incitement to discrimination.
