Abstract

In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientifi c views of scientists and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the most priority directions of activity of the regional state administration regarding provision of law and order in the region are determined. It is emphasized that detailed and well-defi ned definition of directions will allow to improve the work of regional state administrations in a qualitative way and to more clearly defi ne the purpose, tasks and functions of their activities.
