Abstract

The article highlights the legal status, the functional purpose of the organizers of the trade turnover and their classification. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that modern theoretical and scientific and practical studies devoted to the analysis of the legal status and functional characteristics of trade entities are conducted in insufficient volume. At the same time, it cannot be overlooked that complex studies of this problem were not undertaken, which led to the existence of quite explicable gaps in the theory, and as a consequence, the unreservedness of a significant group of questions of practical enforcement. Therefore, the development of theoretical aspects of the topic is highly relevant.
