Abstract

The article highlights the main problems of development and legal regulation of wholesale food markets in the Republic of Moldova. The relevance of the research topic is conditioned by the fact that until now there is no legal regulation of wholesale food markets in the Republic of Moldova, which confirms the relevance and significance of the theme of the article. At the same time, the problems of legal regulation of wholesale food markets have not been investigated in the science of commercial law, which also explains the relevance of the research topic. Thus, the problem of the chosen research topic is the imperfection of the current commercial legislation regulating issues related to the activities of wholesale food markets. Th ese problems are, of course, relevant at the present time
