NECESITATEA CULTURII JURIDICE ÎN ACTIVITATEA LEGISLATIVĂ CA FACTOR DE ASIGURARE A SECURITĂȚII JURIDICE ÎN CADRUL STAtUlUI

Abstract

Article includes a study on the meaning and the forms of legal culture in legislative activity, that influence the quality and efficiency of the legislation and the legal security as an important principle in a rule of law. In conclusion it is argued that the high level of legal culture of the people’s representatives serves as a guarantee for civilized and successful realisation of social and political transformations in the interests of the majority of citizens and, implicitly, to ensure the legal security within the state.
