Abstract

Article includes a brief study on the issue of constitutional responsibility of judges. Emphasis is placed in particular on the delimitation of the constitutional responsibility of judges and its disciplinary responsibility. In this regard, is invoked and the issue of constitutional responsibility of members of the Constitutional Court of Moldova.
