Abstract

The article summarizes a study on the effects of administrative contentious in other words on how to produce the restoration of legality as a result of the examination of cases in administrative court. Concretely, if it found the illegality of the administrative act or administrative fact and injury of personal rights, the court is entitled to order the annulment of the administrative act, restoring the violated rights and compensation for damage caused.
