СУТНІСТЬ ТА ОСОБЛИВОСТІ КООРДИНАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ МІНІСТЕРСТВА ЮСТИЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ В СФЕРІ ЕКСПЕРТНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПРАВОСУДДЯ

Abstract

The role of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in implementing management in the field of forensic activity has been characterized in the article; the emphasis has been placed on the fact that this activity is manifested in the specific features of coordination, subordination, planning mechanisms, information and ability to respond to issues and is determined by scientific and practical orientation of forensic institutions of Ukraine and their departmental affiliation. It has been emphasized that the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine is endowed with a large number of functional powers, different in form and content, and expert provision of justice in the state is legally defined as one of its main tasks. The author has outlined the main activities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine as a management coordinating agency in ensuring the criminological activities of forensic institutions of Ukraine, in particular: formation and implementation of a balanced state policy in the field of forensic activities management and its provision in various areas; optimization of organizational management methods of state forensic institutions and non-state expert organizations; increasing the requirements for the methodology and procedure for certifi cation and retraining of expert personnel; expansion of integration relations between the subjects of forensic activity, improvement of the information exchange system, ensuring effective interaction between them in order to eliminate duplication of functions and development of unifi ed approaches to the methods and techniques of conducting forensic examinations; enlarging the boundaries of studying positive international experience on the issues of organizing the conduction of forensic examinations, the introduction of mechanisms for its use within practical activities of forensic institutions of Ukraine.
