ВЗАЄМОДІЯ СУДОВО-ЕКСПЕРТНИХ УСТАНОВ УКРАЇНИ З ІНШИМИ СУБ’ЄКТАМИ ПРОТИДІЇ ЗЛОЧИННОСТІ

Abstract

The main directions of carrying out the interaction between forensic institutions of Ukraine and other entities fighting against crime have been studied in the article. The range of problematic issues that arise during interdepartmental interaction in the process of realizing the state policy on criminological provision of forensic activities has been outlined. The emphasis has been placed on the fact that interaction in the field of criminal offenses’ prevention can be successfully carried out while solving a number of tasks common to all state agencies, including forensic institutions. Such tasks include: intensification of activities of all subjects of interaction in the field of preventive activities; combination of joint efforts to overcome disunity and to eliminate duplication of functions; ensuring the planning and specificity of preventive measures. It has been noted that the preventive activity of forensic institutions is interdisciplinary in nature, because the measures they apply belong to the sphere of criminal, criminal procedural and criminological policy of the state. It has been concluded that the development and improvement of interaction measures of forensic institutions of Ukraine with other entities while implementing preventive activities is a complex, multifaceted and cyclical process, the implementation of which is possible in terms of target-oriented and daily work of both individual employees of the mentioned institutions and the expert community in the whole.
