Abstract

This article addresses the issue of the right to free legal assistance in civil cases in accordance with the practice of the European Court of human rights, in the light of the Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, the Charter of the European Union on human rights and the national legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
