ЗАПРОВАДЖЕННЯ СОЦІАЛІСТИЧНОГО ЗЕМЛЕУСТРОЮ В УКРАЇНІ: 1920-1922 РОКИ

Abstract

The land issue is fundamental for Ukraine, we can notunderstand its historical and legal realities without thorough research. In late 2014,a decisive stage in the liberalization of the regulation of property relations to landwas startedthrough the consolidation of appropriate measures in the “Agreement on parliamentary coalition “European Ukraine” dated from November 27, 2014. In fact, obligations of the Government in late 2017 to allow to sale lands by the appropriate safety precautionswere establishedin the Memorandum of Cooperation between Ukraine and the IMF dated fromMarch 2, 2017.
