Abstract

The study includes some reflections on the issue of legal security seen as a fundamental principle in a rule of law, which includes the following exigencies: non retroactivity of the law, the availability and predictability of the law, the uniform interpretation of law. It is noted that compliance with these coordinates is a sine qua non for a good legislation and quality of its application, all oriented towards ensuring the stability of social relations within the state.
