Abstract

The article is devoted to the evolution of the Court of Accounts of Moldova as the authority of financial control. Initially there are relatde some sequences in the history of the Court of Auditors generally in the Romanian space and Bessarabia. Subsequently, the focus is on the establishment of the Court of Accounts of Moldova, being analyzed the legal framework and principles that formed the basis of its activity at its first stage of development.
