Abstract

The relevance of this issue, at this point of time is undeniable, because every day is becoming more acute. In this scientific article, we consider “gambling” through the prism of the law in relation to minors, which undoubtedly is a priority vector, but I dare say that this phenomenon requires further study, both in legal and in psychological aspect.
