Abstract

The article considers the main features of administrative and legal support of personnel procedures in the National Police of Ukraine. By analyzing scientific views, the author’s definition of the concept of “personnel procedure” and “legal support” was formulated and provided. It has been established that taking into account the special status of the National Police, personnel procedures in its composition have their own peculiarities. Specifi c proposals have been made regarding the improvement of some of the personnel procedures, including promotion and social security of police officers. It is proposed to amend the administrative law, in order to increase the efficiency of the implementation of personnel procedures in the National Police of Ukraine.
