Abstract

The article, based on an analysis of current legislation of Ukraine and scientific views of scientists examined the specifi c administrative and legal forms of government fi nancial system of Ukraine. Emphasized that the main administrative and legal forms of fi nancial management system are: law enforcement; law-making activities; issuing of administrative acts of individual character; concluding administrative agreements between entities managing the fi nancial system of Ukraine.
