ЗАРУБЕЖНЫЙ ОПЫТ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ФИНАНСОВОЙ СИСТЕМОЙ И ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ЕГО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ В УКРАИНЕ, НА ПРИМЕРЕ ГЕРМАНИИ И ФРАНЦИИ

Abstract

The author of the article, based on scientifi c views of scientists has studied the experience of Germany and France on managing the financial system. With regard to the organization and functioning of the financial system control mechanism in the Federal Republic of Germany the author has highlighted important points, which can be useful for Ukraine, in particular: an active civil society participation in the process of monitoring the legality and effectiveness of use of budgetary funds; the establishment of the developed coordination between the central and local governments in managing the financial sector. It has been proved that the French financial system control mechanism has the form of sectoral model, which is characterized by the presence of very complex fi nancial structure of government, and the main role in this activity belongs to numerous ministerial offices that monitor different aspects of the French financial sector.
