Abstract

The article provides a general analysis of the current state and prospects for improving the legal framework for environmental policy in Ukraine. The article presents the theoretical definition of the concept of ecological policy, analyses the normative and legal basis of its implementation, bills in this area, defines the prospects for improving the current legislation. Special attention is paid to the problematic issues of legal, managerial nature, which have a direct impact on the environmental policy of Ukraine, the ways of their solution.
