Abstract

Article includes a deep analysis of the parliamentary mandate with the aim to reveal his typology, features and peculiarities. Special emphasis is put on the distinction between mandate in the public law and the mandate in the private law. Also, the parliamentary mandate is analyzed as public dignity.
