Abstract

In the article, the author identified and disclosed the organizational and tactical features of the review of the crime scene during the investigation of premeditated murders committed in a manner dangerous to the lives of many people. It was stated that in this case the review of the crime scene has a specific purpose - to establish and fix that the method of committing the murder was indeed dangerous to the lives of many people, and not socially dangerous consequences caused by criminal negligence. An appropriate algorithm for the actions of the investigator is proposed.
