Abstract

In the article the author analyzes the administrative and legal provision of the institution of integrity in the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine and substantiates the necessity of its reformation. The author proposes the content of the term ««criterion of integrity» as an integral element of the mechanism of ensuring integrity. According to the results of the study, the author reveales the main factors that indicate incompleteness of the administrative and legal regulation of integrity in the law of prosecutor’s activities of Ukraine.
