ПРИНЦИПИ ВЗАЄМОДІЇ СУДОВОЇ ВЛАДИ З ІНСТИТУТАМИ ГРОМАДЯНСЬКОГО СУСПІЛЬСТВА В УКРАЇНІ: ВИДИ ТА ЇХ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА

Abstract

The article defines the types of principles of interaction between the judiciary and civil society institutions and gives their characteristics. In structural terms we propose to unify the principles of interaction between the judiciary and civil society institutions in Ukraine into three levels: general, sectoral and specific. We emphasise the need to consolidate regulatory principles of interaction between the judiciary and civil society institutions in Ukraine in the current and future framework regulations relating to the reform of the judiciary.
