Abstract

The article is devoted to the construction of the criminal law characteristics of guilt as a subjective side feature of bribery employee of an enterprise, institution or organization in the current edition of the Criminal Law and the identification of related features of qualifications. It highlights the features of the mental attitude content of a person who bribes, and the person who bribed, to its own acts and provides a reconciliation of their intent.
