Abstract

In the article the procedural aim of the investigator’s activity in a suspended criminal proceeding is considered and formed, while the detailed analysis of the measures carried out by the investigator in accordance with the grounds for which the criminal proceedings are suspended. The problems of expiration of limitation periods when stopping a criminal proceeding are considered.
