Abstract

The article, based on the analysis of the scientific views of scientists, proposed the author’s approach to defining the concept of control over the activities of forensic institutions in Ukraine. It has been proven that control is necessary and an important means of ensuring the legality of the activities of forensic institutions. However, for it to be effective and efficient, oversight must be properly ensured at the regulatory and organizational levels, where, today, there are certain problems.
