Abstract

The article, based on the analysis of the scientific views of scientists, reveals the essence and purpose of assessing the effectiveness of control over the activities of forensic institutions. A list of key criteria for the implementation of appropriate assessment is provided, which allow a comprehensive approach to assessing the effectiveness of this control, providing conclusions about the significance, feasibility, effectiveness and other important characteristics of this control.
