К ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКЕ КРИТЕРИЕВ ОЦЕНКИ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТИ КОНТРОЛЯ ЗА ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬЮ СУДЕБНО-ЭКСПЕРТНЫХ УЧРЕЖДЕНИЙ

Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of the scientific views of scientists, the following key criteria for assessing the effectiveness of control over the activities of forensic institutions are identified and characterized: 1) functional-target; 2) organizational; 3) legal; 4) economic; 5) public. It is emphasized that the assessment indicator is one of the key factors, which indicates the adequacy and relevance of the selected criterion, or, conversely, the inexpediency of its use in the assessment.
