Abstract

In the article, on the basis of a meaningful analysis of the category of criminological provision of the state’s economic security, the following conclusion was drawn: the variety of issues that are resolved in the process of this type of activity indicates that it is based on a number of completely different starting points, and together form a single system which, in turn, consists of other subsystems characterized by the presence of their own starting points - these are the principles of criminological security principles of operation and security of the economic sphere, as well as the principles on which administrative processes are based within it.
