Abstract

The article explored the possibility of court explanation of all forms of judicial acts in civil proceedings. The attention is focused on the problems of legal regulation and unequal judicial practice approach to explain the rulings and court orders. Epaty defined procedures for handling allegations of judicial clarification of the act.
