Abstract

The article emphasizes the existence of risks affecting the effectiveness of the police authorities, namely, the personnel risk, as it is directly related to the personnel of the police body. Human resource management is proved to be a complex process, since not all human resources risks can be identified and evaluated, many of them are of a plausible nature.
