ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ПУБЛІЧНОГО АДМІНІСТРУВАННЯ ГАЛУЗЗЮ ОСВІТИ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

In the article maintenance of concept is exposed public administration by industry of education, his elements are found out. Drawn conclusion, that public administration by industry of education - it activity of public administration is regulated by the norms of administrative law in relation to organization of the legal relations, related to the process of mastering (capture) knowledge, abilities and skills with the aim of acquisition of the educational levels set by the state. Reformation of education in the conditions of realization of політико-правової and socio-economic reform of all spheres of Ukrainian society, realization of necessities of personality in higher education, protection of rights and freedoms of citizens in the field of it need the quality increase of efficiency of administration higher education on a corresponding theoretical base, require the improvement of forms and methods of adjusting of educational processes in the field of it, determination of role and place of public administration in adjusting of modern educational processes. And as, as experts mark, most modern researchers, the repressing amount of problems that have place in the system of modern education in Ukraine mainly exists from insufficient quality of administration of corresponding public relations. Administration education in the most general view can be defined as the specially organized activity of public administration that is sent to providing of the proper functioning of the system of higher education in accordance with aims and tasks of educational politics. Administration of education industry it follows to bind to activity, that is sent to making, acceptance and realization of organizational, control, co-ordinating, and other measures that come true with the aim of creation of pedagogical, social, material and technical, skilled terms for the proper functioning and development of industry of education.
