Abstract

The analysis of the legal status of the military and civil administration was made. Basic matter and the principles of civil-military cooperation were disclosed. The problems of the relation of organizational and legal support of local government activities in the zone of the antiterrorist operation in Ukraine were identified. The problem of interaction between local government and the military and the civil administration in Ukraine was solved.
