ФЕНОМЕН ЗЛОЧИННОСТІ У СФЕРІ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ І СПОРТУ

Abstract

The article is focused on determining the phenomenon of crime in the field of physical culture and sports as an object of criminological analysis. This crime is one of the most acute humanitarian problems for today’s Ukrainian society. In addition to the actual, manifested directly in the relevant criminal practice of social danger, this crime is built into the mechanism of criminogenic self-determination. Crime destroying, falsifying real social and value, semantic beginnings of institutions of physical culture and sports that is reproduced in their branches, suppresses their functional ability both for sublimation of aggressive social energy (in the energy paradigm - entropy), and for weakening socially consolidating relations. The latter, in its turn, predetermines a very wide range of criminogenic situation, the contours of which reach the most remote strata of obstruction of social development that necessitates the development of reliable and modern, complete and proper knowledge on the phenomenon of crime in the fi eld of physical culture and sports. It has been established that crime in this sphere is represented by a wide range of criminal phenomena and epiphenomena, the description and explanation of which made it possible to offer its narrow and broad understanding. Carried out description and explanation of the phenomenon of crime in the field of physical culture and sports through a combination of structural and functional, phenomenological analysis in the process of modeling enables to form its narrow and broad definition. In the narrow sense, crime in the field of physical culture and sports is a mass, relatively persistent, historically changing social and legal phenomenon consisting in the illegal use of the target-oriented resource for the development of physical education and sports, in the impact on the results of sport competitions, as well as the use of social institutions of physical culture and sports, their subjects, infrastructure and narratives for committing other crimes. In the broad sense, it is a specific, institutionalized, criminogenic self-determination form of an inhuman, destructive social energy, manifestation of which falsifi es physical culture and sports, eliminates their importance for the progressive and healthy development of society and individuals, transfers into a category of simulation practices in line with the psychology of consumerism and selfi shness.
