Abstract

The authors made an attempt to highlight the procedure for compulsory execution of executive documents and draw the attention of persons with the right of legislative initiative to the expediency of submitting to the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova a proposal to amend part (2) of art. 38, art. 89 and part (1) art. 161 of the Executive Code of the Republic of Moldova.
