Abstract

The article covers the terms established by civil legislation, including their statute of limitation, the procedure of calculating, suspension, discontinuation, and restoration, as well as preventive periods. The relevance of the topic is due to the lack of legal literature, as well as the entry into force of the Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133/2018 (01.03.2019), which changed many articles of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova, including articles regulating the time limits.
