CINCI PAȘI CE NECESITĂ A FI ÎNTREPRINȘI PENTRU A ERADICA CORUPȚIA DIN ORGANELE PROCURATURII

Abstract

The object of the present study is the personal reflections of the authors by analyzing the prevention and combating the phenomenon of corruption in the prosecuting bodies of the Republic of Moldova. The article presents a vision of law researchers and prosecutors, which, based on their own experience, tries to give a new and objective approach to this „problem” by presenting analytically those steps that need to be taken in order to solve the given issue, reflecting the label imposed on prosecutors as a result of the practical application of Law no. 3 of25.02.2016 regarding the prosecutor’s office.
