Abstract

The article contains an analysis of the institution of Head of State immunity, based on the theory of constitutional law, international law and interpretation of constitutional norms. After a brief overview of the historical evolution of the institution, the author analyzes forms of immunity, outlining the importance and distinction of the immunity of substantive law and procedural immunity.
