Abstract

The author of the article has studied the provisions of the main international regulatory legal acts that define the general principles and procedure for exercising certain forms of public control over the activities of police agencies. International models for organizing and providing public control over the activities of police agencies have been highlighted. The most positive international experience has been singled out and possible ways of its implementation into the domestic model of public control over the activities of the National Police have been distinguished.
