Abstract

The author of the article has studied the experience of international NGOs that carry out control over the activities of law enforcement agencies. The main forms of control over the activities of the National Police by international NGOs have been highlighted. The author has singled out the most positive aspects of mutual activity of international NGOs and the National Police on introducing the newest technologies into keeping public safety and order, protecting human rights, freedoms, establishing communication between the population and police.
