Abstract

The article contains several important reflections on parliamentary inviolability, an indispensable institution for a democratic regime and the rule of law. The author analyzes the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova, the national legislation in the field, as well as the European legal framework, also exemplifying the practice of other states.
