Abstract

No one shall be subjected to torture (Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms). The Centers of Legal, Psychological and Rehabilitation Assistance to Victims of Torture are a part of a project “Let All of Us Say NO to Torture in Moldova: Civil Society against Torture” created by the Institute for Democracy (Comrat) in partnership with the National Institute for Women of Moldova “Equality” (Chisinau) and the Media Center for Transnistria, with the support of the European Union. This article was prepared by the Institute for Democracy (Moldova). This article is funded by the European Union (European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights).
