Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of harmonization of Ukraine’s legislation with the European Union law in the field of natural gas, analyzes regulatory acts in detail, in particular, the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union (2014) and the Law of Ukraine “On the Natural Gas Market” (2015). Special attention is drawn to the implementation of European Union law in the national legislation of Ukraine.
