ГРАЖДАНСКОЕ ОБЩЕСТВО КАК СОЦИАЛЬНОЕ ПРОСТРАНСТВО ИННОВАЦИОННОГО РАЗВИТИЯ (ПОЛИТОЛОГИЧЕСКИЙ АСПЕКТ)

Abstract

The article innovatively analyses the becoming of the civil society in Moldova. The approach allows us to describe more substantively the efficiency of transformations of the moldavian social medium that took place since the country gained its independence. The author suggests some arrangements in order to strenghten the social feature of the state and speed up its interaction with the institutions of the civil society.
