Abstract

In this article the author analyses the figure of judge as oneof the most difficult legal professions. Pays attention to level of legal knowledge, practical competences and abilities in law. Analyze the results of scientific and practical research, which was attended by judges of district courts and courts of Chernivtsi, Zhytomyr, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk and Ternopil regions.
