Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of the scientific views of scientists, the author’s approach to the interpretation of the concept of “legality” is proposed. The key legal features of this category are highlighted, as well as attention is paid to the complexity of its content. The main regularities and procedural aspects of ensuring the rule of law in the state are considered. The main factors that prove the importance of the process of ensuring the rule of law in the state are highlighted.
