Abstract

The article is devoted to problematic aspects of the draft law on the regulation of prostitution and the activities of sex institutions of september 18, 2015 № 3139. It has been established that the draft law contains an unacceptably large number of logical errors and contradictions, which indicates a low level of legal technique in the preparation of this document.
