Abstract

On the basis of analysis of scientific literature analyzes the content of a charge of criminal procedural categories. The concept of charges in the procedural sense, as the activities of the Indictment charge, ie a set of actions aimed at exposing the person who committed the crime, and enforcement of punishment on her. Procedural content prosecution revealed through a set of procedural, investigative (detective) and other actions by criminal procedural law for each party to the prosecution.
